Art Pulse Won't Buy Pacific View Elementary Site

The deal fell through after a deadline on the agreement passed.

Art Pulse will not purchase the Pacific View Elementary School site, according to a U-T San Diego report.

The nonprofit had agreed to pay the Encinitas Union School District at least $7.5 million for the property, but the deal fell through after a due-diligence period deadline passed on Tuesday, according to the newspaper.
