Encinitas Village Shopping Center Changes Hands

Terramar Retail Center recently acquired the property.

Terramar Retail Centers LLC has purchased Encinitas Village, an 183,675-square-foot retail center that’s anchored by Trader Joe’s, Ralphs and CVS.

Pete Bethea of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller,  a private investment company that owned the center for more than 20 years.

Terramar Retail Centers is a privately held commercial investment, management and development company with 21 properties across the Western US. The company also operates Seaport Village and is expanding its portfolio through acquisitions, new development and redevelopments of retail centers.

Encinitas Village was upgraded in 2008 with new landscaping, improved circulation and patio seating areas. and are both slated to join the shopping center this fall.
