Encinitas Businessman Advises SDSU Online Construction Courses

SDSU’s College of Extended Studies will help individuals build toward the future of their construction careers by offering a wide variety of online certificate programs during the summer session. Program advisor Bob George bases his Construction Experts, Inc. business in Encinitas. These programs enable students to be better prepared to succeed at their chosen profession, learn from the experts in various fields of construction, and advance within their current trade or transition into a new career. The online professional certificate programs in Construction Estimating, Construction Practices, and Construction Supervisory Series are all designed to provide practical on-the-job skills that students can use right away. Online summer courses begin Monday, June 24, with the last day to register being Monday, July 1. These programs are authorized by SDSU’s College of Engineering, endorsed by the San Diego Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators, and offered in cooperation with the San Diego Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. For more information, email construction-ces@sdsu.edu, call (619) 594-5489, or visit www.neverstoplearning.net/construction. The website includes videos of these programs.
