Walden Family Services, a non-profit foster care and adoption agency, is pleased to announce that four new members have joined its board of directors: Jon Bailey, chief relationships officer at I.D.E.A; Jaye Connolly, chief operations officer/chief financial officer of Independa, Inc. and Encinitas resident; James Lauth, founding partner at Beamer Lauth Steinley & Bond, LLP; and Dave Schnell, vice president at Transportation Group, a Xerox Company.
Departing from the board is Rita Szczotka, who served 6 years on the Walden Family Services board.
