Dweezil is the pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society.
He’s a 3 year old, 22 pound, basset hound mix, who loves people and other dogs. While he’s totally fine relaxing at home, he loves going for long walks. He doesn’t care where he goes. Just let him lead and he’ll follow his hound nose.
Dweezil has a unique look. His coat is brindle. His black nose is surrounded by white fur that runs down his chest. Being part bassett hound, Dweezil has a long body and short legs. He looks like a dog that was built by a committee that couldn’t agree.

He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the Friends of County Animal Shelters program.

The $145 adoption fee for Dweezil includes medical exam, vaccinations, neuter, and microchip.
