Medical Board Suspends Encinitas Doctor's License

One couple blames Dr. Robert Biter for the loss of their newborn, according to NBC San Diego.

The Medical Board of California temporarily suspended an Encinitas doctor's license to practice, according to NBC San Diego.

Robert Biter, a obstetrics and gynecology doctor who has an office in Encinitas, will also be on probation for seven years and is accused by one couple for the death of their newborn, according to the news station.
