North County Residents Win MacArthur Foundation Genius Grants
A Leucadia and an Oceanside resident were awarded $500,000.
Two North County residents were given $500,000 MacArthur Foundation grants, U-T San Diego reported.
Claire Chase of Leucadia and Chris Thile of Oceanside were awarded on Monday, according to the newspaper.
