Sand Surfing and Sledding at Moonlight Beach
Check out this new winter sport of sorts that has the kids having fun climbing hills of sand repeatedly.
While much of the nation has cold weather, Encinitas families soaked up the sun this weekend at Moonlight beach with a very SoCal way of sledding.
Who needs snow when you have sand!
With the sand piled up at Moonlight, kids enjoyed running down it, and using their boogie boards to "sled" and "surf" down it.
