Active adults are showing off what they got Friday at a fashion show at the local YMCA.
Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA is holding its , which will feature models that are active participant's in the Y's programming. Models will walk down the runway in trends that, according to the Active Adults director Toni Friedman, any woman, regardless of age and size, can wear.
“This fashion show and the styles in it represent exactly what the Y
stands for," Friedman said in a written statement. "We’re for everyone in the community."

- Cut Loose
- Hansen's
- Izod
- Queen Eileen's
- The Shops at La Costa Resort & Spa
The event will also include light refreshments and raffle prizes for. Local musician Antonia, whose voice is reminiscent of Adele and who has played at the House of Blues, will keep ears happy at the fashion show.
