The BIG Breathe Yoga Marathon Flows into North County
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation presents a day of non-stop yoga focusing on breathing at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on Nov. 3.
Breathe in then breathe out. Breathing is a simple act but people living with Cystic Fibrosis often need medicine, daily maintenance routines, and medical monitoring to breathe.
The BIG Breathe Yoga Marathon is a 12 hour event focusing on breathing through yoga. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation teamed up with several yoga studios and a meditation center for day filled with back to back yoga classes.
Proceeds from the event will go towards The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and their mission to control Cystic Fibrosis and ultimately find a cure.

Classes will occur all day and start at 6 a.m. and run through 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3. The BIG Breathe Yoga Marathon will be inside the Mission Tower ballroom at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
