The Downtown Encinitas Mainstreet Association is hosting this 22nd annual event—and for the third year in a row, it will also be organizing the People’s Choice Award. Diners are encouraged to vote for their favorite bite of the night by coming to cast their vote. The night will also feature music in five locations on South Coast Highway 101.
