Whole Foods to Help Raise Money for Community Resource Center

will donate 5 percent of its net sales Wednesday, July 20, to the (CRC), a nonprofit that has been the primary provider of comprehensive social services to North County since 1979. 

This event marks the first Community Support Day for . Encinitas residents selected CRC as the beneficiary for this fundraiser via a Facebook vote.

The money raised Wednesday will help CRC continue its mission to provide families in need and victims of domestic violence with safety, stability, and a path to self-sufficiency. CRC serves more than 9,000 residents every year, and program directors expect that number to grow in the next year.
