WiFi Now Available at Encinitas Community & Senior Center

The Encinitas Community & Senior Center has plenty of comfy chairs for lounging—and they may be seeing a lot more traffic now that the building has public WiFi, which is wireless internet access. 

  1. Visitors who wish to take advantage of the new the WiFi hotspot can follow these steps: Connect to “ENCINITAS-WiFi” network
  2. Fill in the password. (Ask staff for the password.)
  3. Accept the “City of Encinitas Wireless Access Acceptable Use Agreement”
  4. Click on “Continue to the Internet” to proceed
A copy of these directions is also available at the front counter, and staff is always happy to help.

In addition to being a hub of activity for enrichment programs, classes and sports leagues, the Center also serves as place to gather with friends, check out the aquarium and enjoy some of the ever-changing local art displays.

With summer around the corner, the public is encouraged to take a break from the heat and relax at the Center, as its air conditioning system makes it a designated Cool Zone site for San Diego County.
