The garden will be celebrating the art of Asian horticulture with displays, lectures, and demonstrations. The La Jolla Chapter of the Ohara School of Ikebana will create floral arrangements. The Ikebana art form can be traced back to the mid-sixth century when Buddhism was introduced to Japan. In addition, there will be a bonsai show in the Walled Garden featuring plants from Japan, China, Vietnam and the West.

Admission: $6-$12.
