Come and see the Gardens and Gnomes themed art in the Marketplace at the Encinitas Garden Festival April 30, 2011. Parking along Lake Drive at the Sports park - walk up Cardiff to Crest - or park at Mira Costa College and take a free double decker bus ride through Encinitas to the Marketplace.
