In Concert: 'Master Guitarist' Phil Boroff with David Boroff on Violin

San Diego Folk Heritage presents a special one-of-a-kind concert of old-time and early blues music that shouldn't be missed.

Phil Boroff performs exquisitely in many different guitar styles as well as Frailing banjo. His virtuoso performances range from Old Timey traditional songs, Bluegrass, Finger Picking, Ragtime, Country Blues, Classical and Flamenco. Phil is a talented musician who needs to be seen in performance. He's a master of the guitar and a reservoir of traditional music from the Carter Family, the finger picking styles of Doc Watson and the early blues greats such as Mance Lipscomb, Memphis Minnie, Blind Blake and Lemon Jefferson, to name a few.

Joining Phil is his son David Boroff, now 18 years old, and a virtuoso in his own right. He has played piano and violin for 14 years.
