In a display of stunning artistry, talented members of WiCP come together around a simple theme, the color blue. “The art evokes many emotions as each artist has interpreted the theme in her own way,” said Abbey Chamberlain, gallery-show organizer and Carlsbad photographer. After years as a Commercial and Wedding specialist, Chamberlain focuses now on portraits and fine art reflecting her own love of life. She can be reached at AbbeyChamberlain.com

Encinitas show members include Teresa Conahan Decking, owner of SoulofPhotography.com. Teresa specializes in family, pregnancy, children, and senior portrait photography, but you’ll see something special from her.

Another Encinitas photographer is June Pecchia. Locals know her from her success in teaching children public speaking through her business, Teaching UP: Unlimited Potential. June also partners with husband Lance at BeachDogPhoto.com

Kathy Chin rounds out the group from Encinitas. Her specialty is Fine Art Photography and includes birds, horses, plus other nature subjects. You can see her work at KathyChinArtist.com.

Established in the 1970s, WiCP is an artistic haven for female professional photographers, supporting each other in creative pursuits.

The gorgeous fine art works will hang at US Bank in Encinitas from August 1st through September 28th.  US Bank is located at 485 Santa Fe Drive at I-5.
