Mark Your Calendars and Buy Your Tickets for Taste of Leucadia

Join the Community in celebrating the culinary flavors and local libations that make our Leucadia Main Street district so unique. The Taste of Leucadia, Food For Thought will highlight our local restaurants, retailers, craft brewers and local vintners. On April 3rd the town will come alive as we celebrate with food, music, and poetry. 

This year the event will feature Sip Stops with local craft beer and wine tastings. Each ticket to the event is $20 in advance ($25 the day of) with Sip Stops (craft beer/wine tasting included) prices are $30 in advance ($35 the day of). 

Each ticket entitles you to a taste at each of our participating restaurants. There will be 17 Leucadia Restaurants participating this year.

Tickets that include Sip Stops will include a total of 10 beer or wine tastes that will be served at our local retail shops.  

The event will include live poetry in Leucadia Roadside Park and six music locations along Hwy 101 from Encinitas Blvd to La Costa Blvd.  

Close to 600 people attend this event.

Since parking can be tough we rented a shuttle that will transport attendees from the large parking lot at City Hall to Leucadia and will drop them off in the heart of the event. The shuttle will also take them back to City Hall when they are done and will having designated stops along Hwy 101.

We also encourage the public to bike and walk to the event. We will be setting up a bike corral at the Roadside Park where people can lock their bikes.

This year we will have 8 local retail and service shops hosting Sip Stops with beer and wine tastings, don’t miss this, it is only $10 extra!

Sip Stop Locations: Floral Design By Ari, Coastal Animal Hospital, Three Sisters Jewelry Design, Shatto & Son’s/Surf Hut Art Gallery,  Thorp Institute, Physical Culture 101, Leucadia Beach Inn, fabrika.monet the art of hair.

Beer Companies: The Lost Abbey, Port Brewing Company, Stone Brewing Company, Mother Earth Brewing, Helms Brewing Co, Prohibition Brewing Company, On the Tracks Brewery, Karl Strauss Brewing Company, Ballast Point, Aztec Brewing Company and 2 Towns Cider House.

Wineries: Solterra Winery, Chapin Family Vineyard* People may not buy a Sip Stop ticket if they do not have a Taste of Leucadia ticket. Those who purchase sip stop tickets must come to our office starting at 4pm on the day of the event to get their wrist band

Music Line up: The Red Fox Tails, Yael and Vlady, Chas Hays, Miss Ladybug, Josh Bonas and Shoreline Rootz.

Tickets will not be mailed. All tickets purchased online will be held at will call at the Leucadia 101 Main Street office at 386 N. Coast Hwy 101.

Important: For those who have purchased a Sip Stop ticket you MUST present a valid ID and get your wristband on the day of the event at the Leucadia 101 Main Street Office at 386 N. Coast Hwy 101.

Tickets can be picked up at the Leucadia 101 Main Street office any time before the event. We recommend picking up your tickets up the day of the event to avoid misplacing them. If you plan to stop by during the week our office hours are 10am-4pm please give us a call to make sure that we are in the office since we have various off site meetings throughout the day 760-436-2320
