The free three-hour seminar is geared to the Latino community of North County and will explore health and societal dangers posed by drug abuse, particularly those that threaten the well-being and development of children. The event will also give parents information on how to prevent drug use in their homes.
This seminar comes about a week after the San Diego Association of Government (SANDAG) released
