RAD Vapor opened in Encinitas in July 2013. They sell only high quality electronic cigarettes, also known as vaporizers, with "E Juice" available in a wide variety of flavors and many different nicotine levels from flavors like watermelon, fire ball, coffee, pumpkin pie, and Irish Cream, to traditional tobacco flavor.
