The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped seven-tenths of a cent today to $3.721, one day after rising for the first time since Oct. 8.
But the county’s average is Encinitas' lowest priced gasoline. Valero at 325 Encinitas Blvd. currently has a gallon at $3.72, according to commute page on Patch.
The average county price is at its lowest amount since July 17 and 4 cents less than one week ago and 23.4 cents lower than one month ago, but 9.2 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has decreased 57 of the past 59 days, dropping $1.004 over that span.
