Leucadia Residential Development to be Unveiled

Beacons will host its grand opening this weekend.

This weekend the community can get a peek inside Beacons, a new residential development just off Coast Highway 101 at Daphne Street in Leucadia.

CityMark Development built the 10 fully landscaped, semi-custom detached homes —four of which have already sold. The new homes begin at $879,900 and the floor plans range from 1,930 to 3,150 square-feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms.

“You really can’t find opportunities like this west of historic Highway 101,” said Russ Haley, CityMark vice president. “This is a near unprecedented occasion to buy a home in a new neighborhood next to the beach.”

Each of the new homes also has several environmentally-conscious features, including: onsite storm-water detention systems, front and rear water-wise landscaping, as well as low-emittance dual glazed windows and radiant barrier rooftops to cutback on energy use.

The Beacons grand opening is slated for Saturday, Jan. 14, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. During that time, the public can tour one of the fully furnished homes. For more information, visit beacons-leucadia.com.
