Artist Mark Patterson will be signing limited edition wine bottles featuring his artwork at Carruth Cellars on Saturday.

This week the Surfing Madonna took center stage when it found a new home at Café Ipe in Leucadia, and now its about to make more waves in Solana Beach.

Three dollars of each wine bottle sale will go to the Surfing Madonna Oceans Project fund, which works to raise awareness of issues affecting the world’s oceans.

Carruth Cellars plans to mark its biggest milestone yet by bottling 3,000 cases of wine. The winery ha increased its bottling production in anticipation of the opening of its second location in Point Loma at Liberty Station.
