Buy Buy Baby has opened an approximately 27,000-square-foot storefront at Encinitas Ranch Town Center, next door to Target.
The store, which officially opened Tuesday, carries merchandise for newborns to toddlers, including furniture, strollers, clothing, health and bath products, toys and accessories.
New York-based Buy Buy Baby was launched in 1996 and acquired by Bed Bath & Beyond in 2007. The chain now operates more than 60 stores and this Encinitas location will be the seventh in California. There are also Buy Buy Baby stores in San Jose, Temecula, Fresno, Pleasant Hill and Elk Grove.
Buy Buy Baby in Encinitas is located at 1014 N. El Camino Real. Business hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
