Dog Days and Wine

While hot summer days may not threaten your pooch, they can definitely wreak havoc with your wine.  Exposure to heat, such as in a closet or garage, during the summer months can cook your wine in surprisingly short order.  So take steps to keep your wine in a temperature controlled environment, preferably 55-57 degrees so you won't be disappointed when you pull the cork.

San Diego Wine Storage has secure, private lockers in our Solana Beach location.  Check us out at www.sdwinestorage.com or call 858-345-1742 for information.
