One of the things I get to do in Real Estate, and am fascinated with, is following market trends. I love watching human behavior....and it seems as though our weekly sales in the local real estate markets are beginning to reflect a healthier economy. Or as Altos Research puts it, "Inventory is tightening and days-on-market is falling. The Market Action Index shows demand heating up. These are relatively bullish signs for prices."
