Real estate market conditions tend to change after elections, and in my experience, no matter whom gets elected. It's usually for the better as people just STOP right before an election.
Inventory is up and Market Action is trending down recently. While
days-on-market appears to be trending lower, the overall
conditions are weakening a bit.
