SCE knew about problems: The SCE Letter to MHI Nov. 30, 2004

Here is one of the letters that pointed out that SCE knew before the replacement steam generators were even built by MHI, that engineers were very concerned with potential safety problems. In short, SCE knew that their might be BIG problems, but told MHI to build them anyway, because SCE could not afford wasting time and lost generation money on a long review process and/or having one or more annoying public hearing(s)!
