Get off your back and head to Monahan Chiropractor for the annual Patient Appreciation Days, Oct. 30 and Nov. 1.
The two day event is for all new and existing members to feel appreciated while also helping support a local worthy cause.
Patients are asked to bring a $5 donation or five cans of non-perishable food items to their appointment. Donations and food will benefit the Community Resource Center in Encinitas.
On Oct. 30, existing patients will receive adjustments all day and even enjoy food and other goodies.
New patients can also stop by on Nov. 1 for a free consultation and computerized spine diagnosis.
Both appreciation days will be held during office hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3- 6 p.m.
