Encinitas Holiday Parade Next Saturday

This year's turnout is expected to be the biggest yet.

Thousands of people will be on floats and in bands with tens of thousands more cheering them on as the rolls along Coast Highway 101 on Saturday, Dec, 3.

The 5:30 p.m. parade is preceded by a 5 p.m. tree-lighting ceremony at the Lumberyard (near Starbucks).

Grand Marshal (of Hansen Surfboards) will lead the approximately 100 entries, all reflecting this year’s theme: Encinitas 25-Celebrating our Beginning.

The Encinitas Holiday Parade is a 54-year tradition and this year it looks to be bigger and better than ever.
