Featured Event: Urban Cooking Class with Chef Jenn

An urban cooking class will be held 1 p.m. April 14 at 598 Park Ln. The cost is $38.

Chef Jenn Felmley and Coral Tree Farm are combining to bring you a unique cooking class experience.

This wonderful day on the farm will start with a tour of Coral Tree Farm (including the cute and cuddly animals). Followed by a cooking demonstration and tasting by Chef Jenn Felmley (Menus will be posted the week before the event, as we will be using as much farm produce as possible.)

Classes will be held Sunday April 14, 2013 from 1 to 3 pm, $38 Per person, part of the proceeds will go towards Laurel's (the farmer)future desires for the farm! So come learn, eat and support your local farmer.At Coral Tree Farms, in the heart of Encinitas.
Classes are outdoors under beautiful palm trees, and we request that you bring your own plate, fork and cup! 

After class students will be able to purchase farm produce, local honey and Temecula Valley Spices; don't forget to bring cash. 
Classes are limited to 25 people!
