The Leucadia 101 Main Street Association has released its Summer Fun on the 101 Theme Song. Be warned, the laid back beach tune may get stuck in your head.

Carris Rhodes told Patch about the song in an email:
Michael Schmitt, founder of our Summer Fun on the 101 music festival, sings the summerfun theme song as a ode to the Leucadia lifestyle. The riff came to him while cruising the LeucadiART Walk 5 years ago. The song was born long before the Summer Fun event became a staple in the community. Auspiciously, Schmitt had just purchased his ukelele days before. The music came first, the lyrics came after the summer fun event had been established. Inspired by Leucadia, he set out to create our summer fun music festival which is now an anchor for the community.
