Need to Research Prop A? Here's a Guide for Encinitas Voters
A collection of news stories and opinions to prepare voters for Tuesday's election.
Encinitas residents will vote on Proposition A Tuesday. If passed, the measure would require voter approval for certain zoning law changes and would impose a citywide height limit, as published in this County News Service story, which also has instructions for voting and a link to sample ballots.
