Pet of the Week: Calm and Outgoing Carly

The $145 adoption fee for Carly includes her medical exam, up to date vaccinations, spay, and microchip identification.

Waiting in anticipation to be adopted is "CARLY," the Pet of the Week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. She's an 11 month old, 17 pound, Beagle mix who should spend Christmas in her now home...not in a kennel.

Carly was transferred to RCHS through the FOCAS program. She's a beautiful puppy with a soft, blonde coat, brown eyes, and a big smile. Check out her whiskers and eye lashes. They point in every direction.

She likes people and other dogs. Depending on what's going on, Carly can be laid back and mellow, or outgoing and friendly. She's had some training. Her new family will need to reinforce that.
