Seascape Cardiff—a 3,700-square-foot oceanfront house once named Home of the Year by San Diego Home and Garden Magazine—has just gone on the market for $4.3 million.

Built in 1999 by its owner, Curtis McBride, past president of San Diego-based Jon Wayne Construction and Consulting, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom home sits on a half-acre lot overlooking the Pacific.

San Diego-based Golba Architecture created the modern contemporary construction, which is state-of-the art. Highlights include a two-story commercial glass wall that offers sweeping coastline views, an edgeless spa in the courtyard, sprawling rooftop deck and a prominent double-sided fireplace.
