— a newly formed group inspired by the grassroots movement that began in New York City— has slated its second protest for Saturday at noon off the corner of Leucadia Boulevard/Olivenhain Road and El Camino Real.
Last Saturday the group held off Coast Highway 101, which drew at least 350 participants.
The group aims to end what it feels is corruption and greed among the wealthiest one percent of the US population, according to . Thousands of groups with the same mission have mushroomed across the nation in recent weeks, and now, around the world.
Everyone is welcome to join in the peaceful demonstration, and encouraged to bring signs and American flags.
