August Market Round Up: 122 Homes for Sale in Encinitas

Detached homes in North County rose 1.95 percent in August 2013 to $575,000 compared to 

$564,000 in July 2013. Year-over median price for SFD in North San Diego County jumped

26.10 percent, compared to $456,000 in August 2012, making 13 straight month of year-over 

median price increases (the last six months exceeding 20 percent). August 2013 reported the 

highest median SFD price since late 2007.

Encinitas - Currently has 122 single family detached homes active on the market, with 12 of those homes under $700,000. Encinitas saw 59 homes sell in August with an average sales price of $992,056. The average market time was 33 days.
