July Market Round Up: 117 Homes for Sale in Encinitas

Detached homes in North County dipped 0.18 percent in July 2013 to $564,000 compared to

$565,000 in June 2013. Year-over median price for SFD in North San Diego County jumped

28.40 percent, compared to $439,250 in July 2012, making 12 months of year-over median

price increases (the last five months exceeding 20 percent).

Encinitas - Currently has 117 single family detached homes active on the market, with only five of those homes under $700,000. Encinitas saw 42 homes sell in July with an average sales price of $1,057,712. The average market time was 26 days.
