Detached homes in North County decreased 5.44 percent to $539,000 in November 2013
compared to $570,000 in October 2013. Year-over median price for SFD homes in North San
Diego County increased 11.25 percent, compared to $484,500 in November 2012, continuing
a 16-month trend of year-over median price increases.

Encinitas - Currently has 77 single family detached homes active on the market, with only three of those homes under $700,000. Encinitas saw 24 homes sell in November with an average sales price of $1,195,927. The average market time was 46 days.
