Richard Blais will reveal a taste of the food & philosophy
from his upcoming restaurant in Little Italy, using ingredients sourced solely
from the neighborhood’s famous Mercato and incorporating the innovative
signature techniques for which Blais is most well-known.





Chef Blais, perhaps most recognizable as the winner of
Bravo’s “Top Chef All-Stars,” is known for his innovative and personal take on
classic American bistro cuisine. A native New Yorker, Blais relocated to
Atlanta in 2000 where he founded Trail Blais, a creative culinary company that
has consulted on, designed and currently operates some of Atlanta’s most
popular eateries. In December 2013, Richard will open his first West Coast
restaurant, Juniper & Ivy, in San Diego.
