For $50 a person, enjoy creative cuisine from Executive Chef Jason Gethin’s carefully planned five course menu. From seared hamachi, to skate and sea urchin and then on to venison, this evening’s dishes promise to please the adventurous palate. Each of the five courses is perfectly paired with brews from Ballast Point like the Barmy Honey Apricot Ale, the Fathom IPA and more. End the evening’s Beer Dinner with the finale course featuring a Victory at Sea Waffle paired with Ballast’s beer of the same name and served alongside bourbon molasses gelado with marcona almond butter and smoked berry cotton candy.
