Wellness Week Festival 2013
Dozens of exhibitors will host booths and activities, both inside the Encinitas Library and on the outside parking lot, including: free health screenings (e.g. skin, joints, body fat), free mini-treatments (e.g. acupuncture, massage, reflexology), cooking demonstrations, robotic surgery demonstrations, performances (e.g. Aikido, Kids’ Yoga, Zumba), and wellness activities for kids.
This festival is the opening day of Wellness Week, a week-long program of events and special offers designed help you learn about and experience ways to improve your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
