Free Introductory Iyengar Yoga Class

Iyengar Yoga Center of North County hosts a free introductory class the first Saturday of each month from 1:00-2:00 PM.  The class is ideal for those new to yoga or new to the Iyengar method.  Sign up online or call the Center directly to pre-register.  Drop-ins are also welcome.
