Presenter Linda Kurtz has more than 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience. Linda holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a specialization in California law (SPHR-CA) certification and is a certified Career Transition Coach. Linda has worked with diverse entities ranging from established companies to start-up non-profits, making hundreds of career matches between individuals and organizations. Her experience includes recruitment and selection, performance and talent management, and career transition services. Utilizing these skills and experiences and a business degree from San Diego State University, Linda works with individuals and small groups to develop personal, targeted, market-driven career strategies cutting across industries and career life cycles. Linda believes there is work out there and is passionate about guiding job seekers to rewarding and meaningful careers.
