Please join us for a fun event every month when we raise funds for our Microloans For Mothers program, and discuss new and exciting developments.
This is a free event where we either receive a portion of beverage sales toward our cause, or make a small voluntary donation into a "pot".
The Microloans For Mothers program provides small business loans to women in Cambodia, and soon, San Diego. It is a program of Class-ACT, based in Cardiff, California. The first loans were distributed to five women in Phnom Penh in the fall of 2010 for a six-month cycle that was 100% repaid in early 2011. Since then the program has grown to over 50 recipients of loans, and continues to expand.
