Groom Anatoly Yakovenko and bride Laura Skelton, of Encinitas, plan to have a larger wedding ceremony next year. They decided on Tuesday morning, 11-12-13, to make it official at the County. Laura called the day "very auspicious."
Every ceremony slot was booked, and most marriage license appointments were taken too on 11-12-13, according to an official with the San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk.
