Ecke Ranch Plant Sale to Benefit Community Resource Center

Saturday you can stock up on show-quality plants and help raise money for a worthy cause.

If you’re rolling up those sleeves for some springtime sprucing, consider stocking up at the plant sale this Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. All proceeds from that sale will to the Community Resource Center’s programs for abused women and children, as well as local families who need food and shelter assistance.

Some of the plants that will be for sale on Saturday were designed by kids for Paul Ecke Central Elementary School during , CEO of Ecke Ranch. The photo attached to this article features the top contestants from that competition with their winning entries.

There is a limited amount of plants, so if you want to snag some, plan to be there early. If you’d like access to the inventory before it opens to the public, you can buy a $25 early entry pass online. That pass will let you shop from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, guaranteeing you first pick of the plants.
