Community Resource Center's Equinox Event to Honor Longtime Supporters

The fundraising event is slated for Sept. 22 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

Community Resource Center will host its annual fall event, CRC Equinox on Sept. 22 from 5 to 10 p.m. on the Paddock Green at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

Racetrack chic attire and hats are encouraged festive evening includes local food, wine, and beer tastings with an international flair as well as an array of auction items up for bid. This year’s event will include a special tribute to locals Deacon Albert Graff and Evelyn Weidner for their decades of support of CRC and the community.

VIP tables for 10 people are $1,500, and include preferred seating at a reserved area with signage. Individual tickets are $125, and include seating at any open table. To buy tickets, contact Suzanne Colby at scolby@crcncc.org or (760) 230-6305.

The event provides vital funding for CRC programs that provide safety, stability, and a path to self-sufficiency to over 10,000 people in our community every year.

CRC has been a primary provider of comprehensive social services in the North County Coastal region since 1979.  Abused women and children come to CRC’s Carol’s House for emergency shelter and Comprehensive Domestic Violence Services.  Local households in crisis are connected to critical resources through CRC’s Hunger and Homelessness Prevention Services.
