Gender: male, neutered

Breed:  shorthair brown Tabby cat with some white fur

Peeps came to Rancho Coastal Humane Society around Easter, and therefore the popular holiday candy inspired his name. It’s fitting, however, because this kitty is exceptionally sweet. He gives head-butts to get your attention then sits on your lap to ‘make muffins’ with his paws.

He is a brown tabby, but the fur on his upper chest and neck is bright white. It sneaks up onto his nose and between his bright eyes. You really need to meet him in person to appreciate how handsome he is.

Peeps’ adoption fee of $125 includes his medical exam, neuter, up to date vaccinations, and microchip.

For more information about Peeps and other dogs, cats, and rabbits that need families call 760-753-6413, log on to SDpets.org, or visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas. Kennels are open Wednesday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
