If you’re a fan of rock and roll and want to help an Encinitas-based non-profit organization then you can do both all in one night.
Microloans For Mothers is hosting a rock concert featuring The Mar Del Boys at the Encinitas Elks Lodge on Saturday Oct. 6 at 7 p.m.
Rock out and enjoy an evening filled music while helping women in San Diego and Cambodia.
Microloans for Mothers help women in Cambodia and is expanding to local future business owners in San Diego. The non-profit organization offers business training and small loans to help jump start a business.
Loans are paid back within six months and when paid in full, larger loans can be requested. Weekly meetings are set up for fellowship with other business women, business training, payment of loans, and deposits to their savings.
